Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Materials Management Associate I - Internal Logistics Driver in San Diego, CA. This role supports receipt, movement, and inventory of Non-GMP materials, Raw Materials, Samples, Drug Substance and Final Product, following SOPs and GMP principles.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, up to 2 years in materials management, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; cGMP experience is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in material management or related field desired.
• Experience in cGMP environment strongly preferred.

This position should have a basic understanding of the receipt, shipment or movement of Non-GMP material, Raw Materials, Samples, Drug Substance and Final Product. Employees will be expected to follow PCI Pharma Service’s SOP’s for raw material movement, raw material inventory, material transfer, CSM inventory.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:*** Train on GMP processes in materials management.* Train on required SOPs and execute training curriculum.* Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflect positively on the company.* Performs various materials management functions such as receiving, inventory control, shipping and internal logistics.* Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis.* Embodies PCI Pharma Service’s cultural values.
