Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Logistics Operator 1 in Carlsbad, CA to manage transfer, storage, and shipment of GMP samples, intermediates, and final products. You will support inventory counts and the disposal/destruction of materials as part of inventory maintenance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience; familiarity with desktop software and GMP processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• 1+ years GMP experience preferred.
• Familiarity with desktop software and database routines helpful.

Responsibilities

• Transfer, storage, and shipment of GMP samples, intermediates, and final products.
• Assist inventory counts and maintenance for shipping or destruction of materials.
• Generate air bills and shipping documentation; ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
