PCI Pharma Services in San Diego, CA is seeking a Materials Management Associate II to support GMP materials movement and storage in a controlled warehouse environment. The role emphasizes internal logistics, temperature-controlled handling, and adherence to GDP/SOPs.
The employee will transport GMP materials between PCI San Diego sites, requiring routine forklift/equipment operation and strict safety practices. This is a full-time on-site position.

This position is for the Materials Management Associate II (MMII) position at PCI San Diego, Inc. The primary work environment will be in a controlled Warehouse, adherent to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and procedures, working with temperature-controlled materials in equally controlled environments. The ideal employee will support the processes associated with the movement and storage of inventory to other PCI San Diego, Inc. departments and sites. The employee occupying this position will have a fundamental understanding of the receipt, shipment, and general storage and movement of GMP materials. Employees will be expected to follow PCI San Diego’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for materials handling and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when handling internal and external documents. This opening would be primarily be focused on Internal Logistics - Driver position. Will be transporting of GMP materials between the sites in Sorrento Valley.

While performing the duties the employee is: Frequently required to sit and reach to use computers and other office equipment. Constantly stand or walk for extended periods of time, up to four (4) hours/time. Frequently required to lift up to 25lbs unassisted. Occasionally required to lift over 25lbs with/without assistance. Constantly required to view objects at close and distant ranges with hand and eye coordination. Frequently required to utilize various types of equipment. Note: For this summary, occasionally may represent (1-3x) a week. Constantly and frequently should be considered as normally occurring activities throughout the workday based on work demand.
The hiring rate for this position is $23.00-$25.86 per hour plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
