Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process of writing, editing, and publishing internal procedures and support content.
• Create new content and update existing procedures based on business and project needs.
• Review content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, style requirements, and unnecessary duplication.
• Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to validate content and ensure accuracy.
• Assess project impacts and identify procedures that need to be created, updated, or removed.
• Track content development progress and communicate status to project stakeholders.
• Partner with project and learning teams to ensure content is available ahead of training and launch dates.
• Manage multiple projects and business update requests simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines.
• Publish and maintain content within content management systems.
• Support content development for additional internal tools as needed.
