Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements and cash flow reporting.
• Manage multi-entity consolidations and top-side journal entries in HFM.
• Support external audits, quarterly reviews, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Research technical accounting issues and document conclusions.

Key Responsibilities for the Internal Financial Reporting Manager:

• Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements, cash flow reporting, and key account analyses
• Manage multi-entity consolidations and prepare top-side journal entries within HFM
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements and ad hoc financial analyses
• Assist with external audits, quarterly reviews, SEC reporting support, and SOX compliance activities
• Research technical accounting issues and document accounting conclusions and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and overall financial efficiency

Qualifications for the Internal Financial Reporting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience with financial statement preparation and multi-entity consolidations
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HFM, Power BI, or similar financial reporting tools
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
