Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Internal Financial Reporting Manager in Irving, TX on a hybrid schedule. You will oversee monthly consolidated statements, multi-entity reporting, and cash flow analytics while partnering with senior finance leaders.

Key involvement includes technical accounting, SOX compliance, external audit support, and optimization of reporting processes using HFM and Power BI. CPA-strong candidates with 3–5+ years in accounting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience with financial statement preparation and multi-entity consolidations.
• Strong Excel and reporting tool experience (HFM, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements and cash flow reporting.
• Manage multi-entity consolidations and top-side journal entries in HFM.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist with external audits, quarterly reviews, and SOX compliance.
• Research technical accounting issues and document conclusions.

• Research technical accounting issues and document accounting conclusions and recommendations
