CFS in Irving, TX is seeking an Internal Financial Reporting Manager to lead monthly consolidated statements, cash flow reporting, and top-side journal entries in HFM, with a focus on multi-entity consolidations.

You will partner with senior finance leaders, drive SOX compliance and process improvements, and mentor offshore accounting resources while expanding experience across external audits and technical accounting research.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA preferred as an added qualification.
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience with multi-entity consolidations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements and cash flow reporting.
• Manage multi-entity consolidations and top-side journal entries in HFM.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist with external audits, quarterly reviews, and SOX compliance activities.
• Research technical accounting issues and document conclusions and recommendations.

• Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements, cash flow reporting, and key account analyses
• Manage multi-entity consolidations and prepare top-side journal entries within HFM
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements and ad hoc financial analyses
• Assist with external audits, quarterly reviews, and SOX compliance activities
• Research technical accounting issues and document accounting conclusions and recommendations

Qualifications For The Internal Financial Reporting Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience with financial statement preparation and multi-entity consolidations
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HFM, Power BI, or similar financial reporting tools
