Job summary

Addepar seeks an Internal Events Manager to own our internal events and webinar programs within Field Marketing & Advocacy. You will collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to design programs that motivate go-to-market teams, celebrate top performers, and drive pipeline.

The role reports to the Manager, Field Marketing. You will manage end-to-end logistics, budgets, vendors, and on-site execution, plus track ROI and attendee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, internal communications/events or webinar program management.
• Hands-on experience managing a webinar platform, On24 preferred.
• Experience planning large-scale internal programs (kickoffs, recognition events or similar).
• Familiarity with Salesforce and partnering with Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of internal events (SKO, Accelerate, President's Club) and post-event follow-up.
• Lead webinar program end-to-end from scheduling to reporting, collaborating with Product Marketing and Demand Generation.
• Maintain trusted partnerships with Sales and internal stakeholders; align programs with marketing strategy and calendars.
