Job summary

Addepar is seeking an Internal Events Manager to join our Field Marketing & Advocacy team in New York City. This role owns internal event programming—Sales Kickoff, Accelerate, President's Club, and other programs that bring teams together, reinforce culture, and drive performance.

You will also lead Addepar's webinar program end-to-end, from strategy to reporting. You'll partner with Sales, Account Management, Enablement, and Marketing to design programs that motivate GTM teams, celebrate top

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, internal communications/events, or webinar program management.
• Hands-on experience managing a webinar platform; On24 preferred.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale internal programs (kickoffs, incentive trips, recognition events).
• Familiarity with Salesforce and partnering closely with Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of Addepar's internal events, including SKO, Accelerate, President's Club, and other programs.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to align programs with priorities and motivations.
• Manage vendors, venues, travel logistics, and on-site execution for internal programs.
• Build and manage budgets for internal event programs, tracking spend and ROI.
• Continuously evolve internal programming based on feedback and performance data.
• Support Addepar's webinar program, managing scheduling, platform execution, promotion, and post-webinar reporting.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to build a webinar calendar supporting pipeline and customer engagement.
• Manage the On24 platform, including registration pages, event setup, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Track and report webinar performance and share insights with stakeholders.
