Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Manager, Field Marketing to lead global events and advocacy, shaping how the company shows up at conferences, regional activations, and the annual user conference AddeConf.

You will manage a three-person team, align programs with GTM priorities, and own end-to-end event execution, budget, and analytics to drive awareness, pipeline, and client engagement across markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in field marketing or event marketing with 2+ years in management.
• Proven ability to own a broad events portfolio from conferences to executive programs.
• Influence senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and reporting on event budgets and ROI.
• Fintech/wealth management or enterprise SaaS background preferred.
• Knowledge of SFDC, Marketo and On24 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a three-person field marketing team with clear goals.
• Oversee global events portfolio and allocate budgets aligned to GTM priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders before, during, and after programs.
• Own events analytics dashboard tracking leads, pipeline, ROI and KPI.
• Manage full field marketing budget, procurement, and vendor contracts; travel as needed.
