Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Enterprise Communications Specialist to help drive internal communications across intranet, employee app, and email. You will create engaging visuals and copy, tailor messages for diverse audiences, and support culture and change initiatives across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, rapid learning of a large business, and adherence to safety protocols, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience performing internal or corporate communications responsibilities.
• Proficient with intranet and employee app content management systems (LumApps heavily preferred), email marketing platforms (Poppulo heavily preferred) and AI tools (Gemini).
• Preferred: Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for graphics and short videos.

Responsibilities

• Content Management: lay out and distribute daily content across intranet, employee app, and email.
• Visual storytelling: design graphics and short-form videos for internal and external communications.
• Audience engagement: create easy-to-understand internal deliverables for diverse audiences.
• Culture & change: support culture-building and change management through coordinated communications.
• Tech optimization: leverage AI and internal platforms to improve content sharing and efficiency.
• Safety leadership: communicate health, safety, and environmental policies across environments.
