Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Experience managing or contributing to intranet platforms and digital tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and responsible use in communications.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Discretion handling confidential information; professional demeanor.
• Experience developing newsletters or recurring editorial products.
• Interest in exploring new tools to improve communications effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications including leadership messages and announcements.
