Job summary

Referment is seeking an Internal Communications Associate to improve how information and ideas travel across a complex organisation. You will help develop communications aligned with business priorities, leadership updates, and activity across the firm.

You will translate complex topics for various internal audiences, take communications from concept through drafting, review, and execution across multiple formats, including live events and video.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–5 years in communications, professional writing or editorial work preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with senior leadership to draft updates on strategic initiatives.
• Edit and improve content across announcements, blogs, events, and video.
• Translate complex topics for varied internal audiences.
• Support project management from brainstorming through delivery.
