Job summary

Referment is partnering with a global investment and technology firm to hire an Internal Communications Associate. You’ll help shape messaging that connects colleagues to business priorities, leadership updates, and activity across the organization.From strategy to hands-on delivery, you’ll translate complex topics for varied audiences, support cross‑functional projects, and take communications from idea to draft, review and execution across announcements, blogs, events and video.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ experience in communications or editorial work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong organisation and project management, managing several workstreams.
• Collaborative approach, comfortable with stakeholders at different levels.
• Intellectual curiosity and initiative to source and execute new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Draft updates and communications with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Edit content from announcements to live events and video.
• Translate complex topics into clear messaging for internal audiences.
• Support project management and end-to-end delivery.
