Job summary

Referment is seeking an Internal Communications Associate to improve how information travels across a complex organisation and connect colleagues to business priorities, leadership updates and activity across the firm.

You’ll translate complex topics for varied internal audiences, develop communications from ideas through drafting, review and execution across several formats, including live events and video. The role spans strategy and hands-on delivery, working with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years in communications or editorial work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisation and multi-workstream PM.
• Collaborative with stakeholders at different levels.
• Curiosity and initiative to source new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategies and programmes aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with colleagues across the organisation, including senior leadership, to draft business updates and communications around strategic initiatives.
• Edit and improve content ranging from organisation-wide announcements and blog posts to live events and video.
• Turn complex information into clear, precise messaging for varied internal audiences.
• Support project and process management while contributing ideas from initial brainstorming through delivery.
