Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in internal communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Microsoft 365, and content management systems.
• Hands-on experience with video production, photography, and editing software.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and produce internal content across multiple channels - intranet, email, digital signage, the employee mobile app, and print.
• Research and develop monthly articles that spotlight company strategy, culture, events, and key initiatives.
• Craft executive messaging, speaking points, and quotable language for internal communications.
• Support video production and editing, photography, and graphic design projects.
• Assist with brand standards, ensuring consistency across logos, trademarks, and design guidelines.
• Contribute to social media content creation as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups to deliver targeted, meaningful communications.
• Help plan and execute company-wide Town Halls and employee engagement events and campaigns.
• Build internal relationships that foster a positive and informed employee experience.

What You'll Do:

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in internal communications
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Microsoft 365, and content management systems
• Hands‑on experience with video production, photography, and editing software
• Excellent interpersonal skills - you're comfortable working with executives, frontline employees, and everyone in between
• A self‑starter mindset with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A commitment to confidentiality and acting with integrity
• Familiarity with AP style and AI prompts in order to create impactful messages
• Work samples will be requested during the interview process.
