You will translate complex priorities into clear, timely messaging, working with plant leaders and frontline employees.

This 1-year contract role offers potential conversion to full-time for the right candidate and requires strong copywriting, channel management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
• Ability to translate complex business priorities into concise, employee-friendly copy.
• Comfortable interacting with plant leaders and frontline staff with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support site communications strategy and align factory priorities with broader messaging.
• Draft, edit and coordinate leadership messages, town halls, shift announcements and campaigns.
• Manage site channels (intranet, digital signage, Teams, email, bulletin boards) for consistency.
• Plan and logistics support for site visits, Q&As, town halls, recognition programs.
• Collaborate with Factory Management and cross-functional leads to time messages appropriately.
• Reinforce EHS, quality, and compliance messaging in all communications.
• Maintain the site editorial calendar and measure reach/effectiveness.
