Job summary

TalenXis in Owensboro, KY, is seeking an internal communications role to ensure clear, timely messaging aligned with site priorities across U.S. Operations.

This position focuses on planning and executing communications that engage employees and leadership. You will manage message cascades, draft leadership messages, newsletters, town halls, and recognition content while coordinating across sites and departments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of communications experience, including administrative or employee engagement work.
• Strong written communication, stakeholder management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with employee communications, leadership messaging, newsletters, town halls, or engagement campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications strategy and planning for site priorities and employee groups.
• Draft and coordinate employee communications, leadership messages, newsletters, town halls, engagement campaigns, and recognition content.
• Manage message cascades and communication channels including Teams, intranet, newsletters, and frontline channels.
• Support employee events, site visits, leadership visits, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Partner with site leadership, U.S. Operations Communications, S&PD, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement, culture, recognition, and change communications.
• Maintain communication calendars/trackers and support communication effectiveness follow-up.
• Support quality, health, safety, environmental, and compliance communications.
