The ideal candidate will manage internal communications, coordinate multiple projects, and work with vendors to meet company standards. This role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organization, and technical proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coordinate, and distribute internal communications and newsletters.
• Proofread for accuracy, grammar, and formatting quality.
• Maintain internal calendars and coordinate deadlines across projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Provide logistics for meetings, conferences, and events; arrange catering and materials.
• Support with vendor coordination and merchandise/ promotional items as needed.
• Host webinars and provide on-site or virtual event support.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to manage documents, reports, and tracking.
