Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in communications or related field.
• Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing intake and support development and distribution of internal communications across multiple channels.
• Manage intranet News Hub (EHC 360) and editorial schedule; draft and edit content for a consistent voice.
• Format newsletters and messages to meet brand standards; schedule distribution.
• Monitor and respond to questions and concerns submitted through feedback hotlines; collaborate with home office departments.
• Maintain Home Office digital signage content rotation and coordinate supporting graphics.
