Job summary

AAA, Inc. is seeking a Communications Specialist to develop and coordinate clear internal communications across email, intranet, digital signage, and related channels.

You will partner with stakeholders to strengthen message consistency and enhance the associate experience. You will manage day-to-day publishing, draft and edit messages, analyze engagement metrics, and produce regular insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications or related function.
• Experience with intranet, email, CMS, digital signage, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Publish across intranet, email, digital signage, and related platforms.
• Coordinate editorial calendars, content intake, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Draft, edit, and proofread associate-facing communications for clarity and tone.
• Develop engaging internal content to improve awareness and reinforce priorities.
• Support urgent communications by coordinating messaging across channels.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to ensure aligned messaging.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare recurring reports for leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, channel performance, and content quality.
