Duly Health and Care is seeking an experienced Communications Manager in Downers Grove, IL. You will lead internal communications and support external corporate PR for leadership teams across a broad network of facilities.

The role focuses on crafting clear, credible messages that keep employees informed and engaged, partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to translate priorities into communications that drive alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive communications experience, with depth in internal communications.
• Experience in internal/change communications for organizational changes.
• Proven writing/advising experience for senior leaders and executives.
• Healthcare, health systems, or multi-site regulated industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal communications strategy aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Manage intranet, newsletters, leadership emails, and town halls; ensure timely content.
• Write and edit announcements, leadership messages, FAQs, talking points, presentations, and toolkits.
• Develop communications plans for organizational changes and system implementations.
• Advise executives on messaging, audience, and timing for major news and initiatives.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to translate complex changes into clear messages.
