Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Manager, Internal Communications to design and execute communications across restaurant, supply chain, and franchisee audiences. You will connect corporate leadership with frontline teams and manage multiple digital channels to ensure timely, actionable messaging.

Lead a growing team, translate complex logistics into clear copy, and measure engagement to continuously improve reach and compliance. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal, corporate, or franchisee communications.
• Experience scaling multichannel internal comm tools (apps, SMS, push, digital signage).
• Ability to tailor tone for executives to frontline workers.
• Proven ability to translate complex logistics into simple copy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an internal comms strategy across restaurant, supply chain, and franchisee audiences.
• Lead and develop internal comms specialists and teams.
• Manage internal digital channels: intranet, employee app, corporate email, push, SMS, digital signage.
• Partner with franchisees to deliver timely business updates.
• Translate logistics updates into simple, mobile-friendly communications.
• Draft emergency comms and ensure visual quality for digital signage and app.
• Measure engagement and use data to improve content and compliance.
