Job summary

Domino's seeks an experienced Manager, Internal Communications to lead strategic communications across restaurant, supply chain, and franchise audiences. You will connect leadership with frontline teams and manage a complex ecosystem of digital channels to deliver timely, actionable messages.

The role requires 5+ years in internal communications, expertise in multichannel programs (employee apps, SMS, push notifications, digital signage), CMS/MS Office proficiency, and travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing internal, corporate, or franchisee communications.
• Proven success managing and scaling modern internal communication tools and multichannel project plans (employee apps, SMS, push notifications, digital signage).
• Ability to tailor tone, format, and complexity for executives to frontline workers.
• Track record translating complex operational logistics into simple, actionable copy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Content Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute internal communications strategy across restaurant, supply chain, and franchisee audiences.
• Lead and develop talent on the direct team and across the broader organization.
• Manage and optimize the internal digital channel ecosystem (intranet, employee app, corporate email, push notifications, SMS, digital signage).
• Translate supply chain/operational information into clear, mobile-first communications for frontline teams.
• Draft rapid, accurate emergency communications and ensure content is suitable for digital signage and employee apps.
• Measure engagement, test resonance, and use data to improve readership and compliance.
