Domino's Pizza is seeking a Manager, Internal Communications to design and execute internal comms across restaurant, supply chain, and franchisee audiences. You will connect corporate leadership with frontline teams and manage a diverse set of digital channels.

The role requires project management, cross-functional partnership, strategic communications, and analytics. Travel is expected occasionally, less than 5%. Bachelor's degree in Communications and 5+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing internal, corporate, or franchisee communications.
• Proven ability to scale multichannel internal communication tools and multichannel project plans.
• Ability to tailor tone, format, and complexity for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy for internal audiences and initiatives.
• Lead and develop talent on the direct team and across the organization.
• Manage and optimize the internal digital channel ecosystem (intranet, team app, corporate email, push notifications, SMS, digital signage).
• Partner with franchisees to deliver clear, actionable, and timely business updates.
• Translate supply chain and operational information into simple, mobile-first messages for frontline teams.
• Draft rapid, accurate emergency communications and ensure content is suitable for digital signage.
• Measure channel engagement and use data to improve readership and compliance.
