Revizto is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to lead the cadence and quality of internal messaging. You will own redesigned monthly town halls, quarterly leadership presentations, and the company wiki, coordinating with People and senior leadership to ensure timely updates.

The role is fully remote, spans multiple time zones, and requires strong writing with the ability to explain policy and organizational changes clearly.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in internal communications, ideally at a tech scale-up.
• Proven experience running town halls, newsletters, or all-hands updates.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; translate policy/leadership messaging clearly.

Aufgaben

• Plan, run, and improve company-wide town halls, from agenda to follow-up materials.
• Prepare quarterly leadership presentations with the VP and leaders.
• Collaborate with CEO on talking points, slides, and Q&A for all-hands moments.
• Capture and distribute clear recaps and action items for all staff.
• Lead development and management of the company wiki as the single source of truth.
• Build content cadence with employee updates triggered by wiki changes.
