Joint Commission is seeking an Internal Communications Strategist Manager to shape and execute communications that inform, engage, and align employees across the enterprise, domestically and internationally.

The role partners with executives, HR, Marketing and Communications to ensure consistent messaging and effective channels, lead quarterly Townhalls, manage content calendars, and measure impact across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, English, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, employee engagement, or related fields.
• Experience supporting executive communications and advising senior leaders on strategies.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling and ability to tailor content for diverse audiences and channels.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted adviser to executives on employee communications and change management initiatives.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies aligned with priorities and culture goals.
• Create high-impact content across channels: executive messages, newsletters, intranet, presentations, town halls.
• Collaborate with Communications, HR, leadership and business units to ensure alignment with objectives and needs.
• Establish editorial calendars and communications plans to support priorities and moments.
• Measure engagement and feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure consistency of voice and brand across communications.
• Support crisis communications and business continuity by developing employee communications for critical events.
