Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Sr. Manager, Internal Employee Communications to lead internal, employee-facing communications for our growing organization. You'll partner with HR, Operations, Brand, and executive stakeholders to make sure every employee understands what's happening and why it matters to them.

This newly created role will build the internal employee communications function. You'll operate as both strategist and hands-on executor, shaping how we communicate, celebrate wins, and reinforce

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in internal/employee communications
• Proven experience partnering with HR and senior leaders
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience building and executing communication plans across multiple channels
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-location or distributed business

Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy and calendar across the company
• Partner with HR, Operations, and business leaders to translate priorities into employee-ready communications
• Draft and manage executive communications, including leadership messages and town halls
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide communication channels and cadences
• Develop change management communications to support new initiatives and policy updates
• Measure effectiveness of internal communications and iterate based on data (eNPS, open rates, engagement)
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders on when/how to communicate
• Partner with Brand to manage internal crisis and sensitive communications
• Reinforce culture and values through internal messaging
• Strengthen employee experience and engagement through communications across a distributed workforce
• Ensure brand voice consistency across internal messaging
• Define and evolve a distinct voice for employee communications
