Job summary

Seismic is seeking a high‑impact Head of Internal Communications to build and lead internal communications across Seismic. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this leader will shape how we connect company strategy to employees, activate our mission, vision, and values, and drive alignment during periods of growth, transformation, and integration.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in internal communications or related roles
• Experience in high-growth SaaS/technology environments
• Advising C-level executives on messaging and strategy
• Experience with executive communications, change, and M&A integration preferred
• Exceptional writing and storytelling with ability to translate strategy into action
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive alignment
• High judgment and discretion handling sensitive information
• Current residency in Seattle, WA or San Diego, CA

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise internal communications strategy and cadence
• Collaborate with CEO and ELT on messaging for strategy shifts and leadership moments
• Translate MVV into practical narratives; reinforce messages across touchpoints
• Lead M&A integration communications with cross-functional teams
• Build a data-driven function using employee insights to improve messaging and channels
