Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to shape internal narratives across our Lynnwood campus. You will interview, write, shoot video, and develop campaigns that elevate employee engagement and reflect our industry leadership.

This role partners with HR and the broader marketing team to deliver newsletters, intranet content, events, and collateral, while ensuring brand consistency and measurement of impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with clear, AP-style writing and storytelling for corporate audiences.
• Ability to present information clearly in written form and translate complex topics for employees.
• Understanding of strategic communications planning and principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Internal Communications lead across the business.
• Lead development of internal communications deliverables (newsletter, SharePoint page, visuals, executive communications).
• Create written, video and other media content to showcase Crane A&E news (wins, launches, philanthropy).
• Manage internal editorial/content calendar.
• Partner with HR to lead internal communications campaigns.
• Provide photography/videography support with the team content leads.
• Support media relations; write/distribute trade releases; maintain media list.
