Job summary

tmsunites is offering a Summer Intern position for an Internal Communications role in Chicago. The program brings hands-on experience with client projects and cross-functional teams, helping you develop communications across intranets, newsletters, and events.

You will participate in a Capstone project, join panels, and networking events while gaining exposure to agency culture and leadership mentorship during the program dates June 2, 2027– August 5, 2027.

Qualifications

The Internal Communications Intern supports the development and delivery of employee communications that inform, engage, and connecttmsemployees around the world. This roleassistswith creating content across a variety of channels and tools, including intranet platforms, newsletters, digital signage, leadership communications, and events, while helpingmaintaincontent calendars and measure engagement. The intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting global communications initiatives that strengthen culture, drive awareness.
