Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and one-off reporting requests across departments, teams, and lines of business.
• Provide daily support on monitoring and updating basic project info in ERP system.
• Assist project management on internal based creative projects (kickoff meetings, reviews).
• Assist resource managers with administrative tasks.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to understand basic operational setup in a creative business.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Business Operations Intern:

Our Biz Ops Intern will assist with monthly and one-off reporting requests across departments, teams, and lines of business; daily support on monitoring and updating basic project info in our ERP system; providing project management support on internal based creative projects (setting up kick off meetings, reviews, etc.); assisting resource managers with administrative tasks; and involvement with ad hoc projects as they become available. In this role you will gain an understanding of the basic operational set up and processes of a creative based business creating a strong foundation for potential careers in a variety of departments in the marketing/advertising industries.
