What you'll do:
  • Work with the Communications team to support the firm’s global internal communications program
  • Track projects by keeping the team’s document organized with detailed notes, ensuring we meet deadlines
  • Draft content for the department as needed such as meeting agendas, follow up notes, and first drafts of materials
  • Help devise internal communications content strategies for various departments
  • Engage and collaborate with global legal and business professionals across the firm to repurpose bespoke materials into engaging content
  • Partner with the team to develop assets for internal platforms such as the iNet, including images, graphics and copy
  • Monitor internal news stories and content
  • Keep on top of employee communications trends and apply the learnings to your role
  • Assist with research and analysis of internal communications practices and campaigns
