Goodwin, an international, AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Partner Success Co-op to support the newly developed Partner Success team.
Who You Are:
- Serve as a flexible resource across the Partner Success team, providing administrative support for The Partnership Committee, Allocations Committee and Partner Integration activities.
- Assist the Partnership Committee (PC) and Allocations Committee (AC) with creating and maintaining PC and AC materials, including communications, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, schedules, timelines, and intranet pages.
- Design, produce (or facilitate the production of), and analyze reports related to attorney productivity and participation in the PC process.
- Review materials submitted to PC Committee from stakeholders throughout processes to ensure accuracy and conformity with procedural requirements.
- Provide support for the PC Committee meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and related communications.
- Schedule meetings and prepare materials for lateral partner transition, onboarding, and integration processes.
- Maintain monthly reports and document trackers, and collect and track data for partner onboarding and integration processes.
- Assist the Partner Integration team with ongoing initiatives and projects.
- Interface with internal firm groups including Communications, IT, HR Information Systems, Business Operations, Attorney Development, Learning + Professional Development, People Ops, Office Administration, and Finance.
What You Will Do:
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information while maintaining the firm’s standards for privacy, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Effective and professional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with Adobe, Zoom, and Teams is an asset.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and contributes proactively and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.
- Sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work professionally and collegially with attorneys and administrative staff at all levels across a global organization.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to listen well.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
