You will gain exposure to university recruiting, program planning, candidate communications, recruiting operations, and data analysis. Ideal for students pursuing talent acquisition, HR, or program management in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student with interest in talent acquisition or HR.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of co-op and internship programs.
• Assist with university outreach and inclusive recruiting initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Provide a welcoming experience for candidates at virtual and onsite interviews.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders while handling confidential information.
• Provide additional support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Goodwin, an international, AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Talent Programs Co-op. The co-op will support the Talent Acquisition, professional staff team in all aspects of co-op, and internship recruitment and development.

Through hands‑on projects and collaboration with Talent Acquisition colleagues, and professional staff, you will gain exposure to university recruiting, program and event planning, candidate communications, recruiting operations, and data analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in talent acquisition, human resources, program management, or professional services.

What You Will Do:

• Support the planning and delivery of co‑op and internship programs, including events, communication materials, surveys, presentations, and data tracking.
• Assist with university outreach and inclusive recruiting initiatives in collaboration with university partners, student organizations, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and other recruiting activities, including scheduling, candidate confirmations, meeting arrangements, and follow‑up correspondence.
• Help provide a welcoming and responsive experience for candidates participating in virtual and onsite interviews and events.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.
• Additional support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Who You Are:

• A currently enrolled student interested in talent acquisition, human resources, university recruiting, or program management.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A strong written and verbal communicator who collaborates effectively with others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Dependable, curious, service‑oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.
