Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a senior leader to recruit and develop a high-performing team of brokers within the Property & Casualty vertical. You will drive profitability by managing P&L, expand wholesale partnerships, and oversee day-to-day operations from market analysis to policy issuance.

You will build relationships with USI offices, monitor performance metrics, and ensure accurate agency management data while pursuing growth and cost control across assigned lines of business.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Property & Casualty brokerage or underwriting experience.
• College degree preferred and licensure required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, management, and development of assigned team, including training and performance management.
• Oversee performance of Internal Brokers and/or existing commissioned brokers.
• Engage USI offices with wholesale business opportunities aligned to the vertical.
• Manage assigned P&L with focus on growth and cost controls to meet profit margins.
• Market, quote, and bind new and renewal business directed to internal wholesale brokerage team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal resources and existing carriers.
