Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills is seeking an Express Technician to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA. The role focuses on routine maintenance, inspections, and accurate service documentation to support timely repairs.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate from a trade school.
• Mercedes-Benz program completion is preferred.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance services and general automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, battery services, fluid checks, wiper replacement, and basic multi-point inspections.
• Inspect vehicles consistently and identify maintenance needs, wear items, and potential safety concerns.
• Communicate findings clearly and accurately to support service recommendations and repair planning.
• Complete assigned services efficiently while following manufacturer guidelines, dealership procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, inspection results, and parts used.
• Support service lane efficiency by helping deliver a timely, professional, and seamless guest experience.
• Participate in training and development to build technical skills and advance within the service department.

What We Are Looking For
