Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills is looking for an Express Technician to join our service team. Perform routine maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, battery services, and inspections while following MB guidelines and dealership procedures. Pay is $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate from a trade school is required.
• Mercedes-Benz program completion is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, battery services, fluid checks, wiper replacement, and basic multi-point inspections.
• Inspect vehicles consistently and identify maintenance needs, wear items, and potential safety concerns.
• Communicate findings clearly and accurately to support service recommendations and repair planning.
• Complete assigned services efficiently while following manufacturer guidelines, dealership procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, inspection results, and parts used.
• Support service lane efficiency by helping deliver a timely, professional, and seamless guest experience.
• Participate in training and development to build technical skills and advance within the service department.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Pay:$28.00 - $28.00 / hour
