Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills is seeking an Express Technician to join our team. We offer free health insurance for you and your family, paid training, and a busy shop that maximizes productivity and earnings.

As an Express Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, inspect vehicles, communicate findings, and document services while upholding manufacturer and dealership standards. A trade school degree and valid license are required; Mercedes-Benz program completion preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate from a trade school is required.
• Completion of a Mercedes-Benz program is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery services, fluid checks, and basic multi-point inspections.
• Inspect vehicles to identify maintenance needs, wear items, and safety concerns.
• Communicate findings clearly to support service recommendations and repair planning.
• Complete assigned services efficiently while following manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, inspection results, and parts used.
• Support service lane efficiency by providing timely, professional guest experiences.

Education

Degree or certificate from a trade school

What You Will Do

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, battery services, fluid checks, wiper replacement, and basic multi-point inspections.
• Inspect vehicles consistently and identify maintenance needs, wear items, and potential safety concerns.
• Communicate findings clearly and accurately to support service recommendations and repair planning.
• Complete assigned services efficiently while following manufacturer guidelines, dealership procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, inspection results, and parts used.
• Support service lane efficiency by helping deliver a timely, professional, and seamless guest experience.
• Participate in training and development to build technical skills and advance within the service department.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior automotive service experience preferred.
• Degree or certificate from a trade school required.
• Completion of a Mercedes-Benz program preferred.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance services and general automotive systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Pay:

$28.00 - $28.00 / hour
