The Harrisburg Senators, in partnership with Diamond Baseball Holdings, seek a Field and Facility Associate for the 2027 season. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in stadium operations, event setup, and daily ballpark management at FNB Field in Harrisburg.

Compensation is $1,500 per month ($10/hour) with about 150 hours per month. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, and candidates should be pursuing a related degree and eager to learn safety and operations best

Position Overview

The Senators are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and dependable individual for the position of Field and Facility Associate for the 2027 season. This is a paid seasonal position. This internship provides hands‑on experience in the day‑to‑day operations of a Minor League Baseball club, offering valuable insight into the sports industry. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in stadium management, eventsetup, and facility operations, learning what it takes to run a ballpark smoothly.

Compensation: $1,500 per month ($10/hour)

Hours: 150 hours per month, weeks will vary based on schedule. Anything over 40 hours per week is at overtime wages.

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including signage, seating, and vendor areas.
• Learn to coordinate with maintenance and janitorial crews to ensure stadium readiness.
• Support game-day operations such as parking, security coordination, and crowd flow.
• Help track inventory and supplies for events and maintenance.
• Gains exposure to safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Participate in meetings with stadium operations leadership to learn scheduling and logistics.
• Assist in creating a clean, safe, and fan-friendly ballpark environment.
