Aufgaben

• Assist in the management and implementation of activation for all corporate partnership accounts
• Assist in ensuring coordination and delivery of all contracted assets for partner fulfillment
• Work hand-in-hand with Partnership sales staff in developing client marketing/sponsorship strategies along with sales implementations
• Help the development and production of year-round sponsorship proposals, presentations, and contracts for the department
• Assist in the execution of capturing gameday photos, maintaining an accurate image library for monthly and end-of-year Proof-of-Performance reports/recaps, to ensure partnership contract fulfilments are met
• Complete ad hoc projects from Club Leadership
• Assist with all partner-related setup for games, and be liaison for on-site partner activations
• Oversee all trade partnership agreements
• Other duties as assigned

Position Overview:

The Senators are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and dependable individual for the position of Corporate Partnerships Intern, for the 2027 season. This is a paid seasonal position.The Corporate Partnership Intern will assist the Corporate Partnerships team in the execution and activation of all Corporate Partnership accounts. This role includes weekly office hours and hands-on support during games and special events.
