Position Overview:

The Harrisburg Senators are seeking a highly motivated and creative Video Production Associate to join our team for the upcoming season. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both in-game entertainment and digital content creation, while supporting the overall fan experience at the ballpark. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and attention to detail to help enhance the Senators' game-day atmosphere and digital presence. This is a paid seasonal position.

Compensation:

$1,500 per month ($10/hour)

Hours:

150 hours per month, weeks will vary based on schedule. Anything over 40 hours per week is at overtime wages.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Video Production:

• Assist with filming, editing, and producing video content for in-game presentation, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Create highlight reels, promotional videos, and engaging fan features
• Operate cameras, video boards, and related production equipment during games
• Support the production team in managing video archives and maintaining equipment

General Responsibilities:

• Represent the Senators in a professional manner both in the ballpark and the community
• Support the marketing and promotions team with additional projects as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with fans, partners, and staff
