Job summary

The Harrisburg Senators, in partnership with Diamond Baseball Holdings, seek a Field and Facility Associate for the 2027 season. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in stadium operations, event setup, and daily ballpark management at FNB Field in Harrisburg.

Compensation is $1,500 per month ($10/hour) with about 150 hours per month. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, and candidates should be pursuing a related degree and eager to learn safety and operations best

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Facility Management, Sports Management, or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown for games and events.
• Coordinate with maintenance and janitorial crews for stadium readiness.
• Support game-day operations including parking, security, and crowd flow.
• Track inventory and supplies for events and maintenance.
• Learn safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Participate in meetings with stadium operations leadership to learn scheduling and logistics.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, fan-friendly ballpark environment.
