The Harrisburg Senators, Double-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals, are seeking a Field and Facility Associate for the 2027 season at FNB Field. This paid seasonal position supports daily operations of the playing surface, stadium, and parking lot, reporting to the Field & Facility Team.

Responsibilities include field maintenance with the Head Groundskeeper, stadium upkeep, event setup and teardown, and working all home games and events.

Qualifications

• Four- or two-year degree in Turfgrass Management, Sport Management, or related field.
• Availability to work on the listed dates with flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must provide own transportation and housing.
• Hands-on operations experience with a minor league baseball team is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Report to and take instruction from Field & Facility Team.
• Manage daily operations of FNB Field, including playing surface, stadium and parking.
• Assist Head Groundskeeper with field maintenance and related tasks.
• Assist Facility Director with stadium upkeep, event setup/teardown and parking operations.
• Work all Harrisburg Senators home games and other events.
