JAARS, Inc. seeks an Interns Coordinator to provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight for the JAARS Intern Program.

You will manage program administration, collaborate with HR to select top candidates, and cultivate a team of coaches and mentors to support intern growth and alignment with our mission. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems.
• People management and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, direct, and prioritize work, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, as well as function effectively as a team with a diverse group of people.
• A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage key components of the Intern Program by maintaining the annual calendar, integrating intern feedback, and aligning offerings with organizational goals.
• Drive program growth by initiating cross-departmental collaboration, building strategic partnerships with universities, and exploring new internship opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics for intern events, course registrations, and communications, ensuring smooth execution and professional engagement.
• Serve as the primary liaison for all intern and applicant communication, providing timely support and guidance throughout the internship journey.
• Organize and maintain accurate records, promotional materials, and onboarding resources using cloud-based systems.
• Recruit, train, and support Intern Project Coordinators and Coaches, ensuring effective mentorship and accountability.
• Partner with HR to screen applicants and facilitate the hiring process for qualified interns.
