Job summary

Jewish Child Care Association (JCCA) is seeking an Internship Coordinator to lead the Mentored Internship Program and related career readiness initiatives. The role focuses on connecting foster care youth with internships, mentorship, and professional exposure, while building partnerships with employers and staff across LEAP Community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• Minimum two years of experience with disconnected and/or foster care youth.
• Strong commitment to youth development and a strength-based approach.
• Ability to engage staff at all levels and facilitate trainings.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite career readiness and workforce development programs (Wrap Around, YA WORC and others).
• Coordinate enrollment, scheduling, program cycles, and internships including the Mentored Internship Program.
• Recruit and engage mentors; develop mentor-intern matches and trainings.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to interns and supervisees.
• Build partnerships with employers and community partners to expand opportunities.
• Track participation, collect data, and prepare program reports for evaluation.
