Job summary

JCCA seeks a Program Coordinator to lead the Arches Mentoring Program, overseeing day-to-day operations, mentor recruitment, and referrals, with a focus on high-quality implementation and collaboration with probation partners.

The ideal candidate combines creativity, organization, and strong relationship-building skills to support youth with complex needs through intensive mentoring and evidence-informed Interactive Journaling practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant program experience; MSW preferred.
• Experience with mentoring, youth development, or restorative/behavioral interventions.
• Ability to respond effectively to crisis situations in a fast-paced program environment.
• Experience working with probation or justice-involved youth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise mentors for the Arches program.
• Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and development feedback to mentors.
• Coordinate referrals and service delivery; ensure contract requirements are met.
• Provide weekly supervision to mentors and support participants.
• Maintain intake assessments, progress notes, and participant records.
