Job summary

Iaas Lc in Ohio is offering a student internship focused on contract management and customer support processes. You will help build the Monthly MMS Contract List and manage access to the support line for Managed Services customers.

The role emphasizes learning through hands-on tasks, drafting work instructions, tracking expiry contracts, and reviewing statements of work to ensure contract entitlements are met.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
• Pursuing a four-year engineering degree at an accredited university.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Create the Monthly MMS Contract List for multiple teams.
• Update Monthly Business Partner ID List for global customer access.
• Help publish work instructions capturing best practices.
• Track 30-60-90-day expired contracts for cost/resource savings.
• Review Statements of Work to ensure contract alignment.

Education

Active enrollment in a four-year university

Pursuing a four-year engineering degree

GPA 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale)

Willingness to relocate
