Job summary

GOTAFE in Mayfield Heights, Ohio is seeking a student intern to support the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) contract processes. You will help create the MMS Contract List used by multiple teams and update the Monthly Business Partner ID List to manage global access to the support line for all MMS customers.

Responsibilities include creating and publishing work instructions, tracking 30-60-90 day expired contracts for cost savings, and reviewing statements of work to ensure alignment

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program at an accredited university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Pursuing a four-year engineering degree at an accredited university.
• Previous interaction with the company through events or internships.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated desire to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Experience approaching challenges with innovative solutions.
• Willingness to relocate.
