Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
• Pursuing a 4 year degree in engineering at an accredited university.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated desire to deliver high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) Contract List referenced by multiple teams.
• Perform Monthly Business Partner ID List updates to drive customer access to the support line.
• Help create and publish work instructions for the team.
• Track 30-60-90 day expired contracts to create cost and resource savings.
• Review Statements of Work / Proposals for alignment with contract entitlements.
